    Pizza ...yeah!

All right...ready...this does not take long to make at all.
    You will need

    Ingredients

2 cups of Adzele's GF Teff Flour mix
    2 table spoon of flaxseed
1/4 of cup of warm water
    1 tea spoon of salt
    1 tea spoon of oregano
1 tea spoon of minced garlic
    1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tea spoon of baking soda
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
    1 cup of warm water

    Directions

Put the flour, salt, baking powder, oregano, and garlic in a large bowl and set at side. Add the flax seed and the warm water in a small bowl and set that aside. In another small bowl, put the lemon juice and the baking soda together, this is not needed for the recipe to work but it acts as a yeast replacer. To that, add the oil and pour it into the flour mix along with the flaxseed mix. Slowly add a cup of warm water 1/4 cup at a time. You want a bread like consistency that you can knead.

Cover the mixture with a towel and set at side for half an hour and start preparing your topping.
When ready take the dough out of the bowl and place it on a flour covered parchment paper. Start kneading it into a circle to fit your pizza pan. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Skip this process if you like your pizza dough soft and chewy.

Topping: If you put the dough in the oven, let it cook for 5 minutes then, cover it with whatever topping you like. Here, I mixed together some ketchup, BBQ sauce, chop onions and some piece of chicken.

Put it in the oven to cook for 15 to 20 minutes (less if it was in the over before, especially if the toppings are precooked) at 375 degrees.

Try it let me know what you think...be creative (:-)
