Turkey Spinach Burger
This is a very easy one. It makes a nice fun and healthy lunch.
Ingredients:
A package of organic or all natural ground turkey
A package of frozen organic spinach
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of garlic
1/4 cut sized of onion
Directions:
In a food processor or small blender, puree together, the spinach, salt, oregano, cumin, garlic and onion. Pour it over the turkey and mix well. Form the mixture into desired sized patties and cook. I use a George Foreman grill, you can use your preferred method. I cook mine for about 5 minutes on the grill, they are usually small. Cook yours as long as they need.Serve, on a GF waffle, or GF muffin. Enjoy (:-)
