Like I mentioned in another post, I am trying to eat less rice.
I usually make a whole bunch since I cook a lot during the week.
I do not add baking powder to the 'bulk' mixture but I add it each time I am baking something.
Adzele's Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix
5 cups of Sorghum Flour
2 Cups of brown Rice/Alternate or (1 to1) with Sweet White Rice if I want a gooey (mushy) feel to what I am baking.
2 Cups of Arrowroot Flour
