• GF baking and Egg Replacer

    I use this one in all the 'sweet' baking, the desserts.

    Normally I will use
    1 cup of apple sauce (organic or at least GMO free and unsweetened), room temperature
    1/2 cup of olive oil
    1/4 of really warm water
    1 table spoon of baking powder
    Mix it well together and add it to the flour


    * If you use Agave, you can add it to the mixture before adding it to the flour.

    ***Keep in mind that this usually goes with a minimum of 3 cups of Adzele's GF flour.
