• So What Do We Eat?

    Rice, rice and more rice....

    Well, in a 'nut shell', we mostly eat rice, chicken, a lot of chicken, beef and vegetables. The challenge is trying to find new, creative and nutritional ways to cook them.

    I also use, sorghum, teff, rice, arrowroot flour to bake cupcakes, pancakes, waffles, cookies, apple bread... Since we cannot eat egg or dairy, I also use a lot of apple sauce to substitute for egg in baking, along with flax seed, sometime I use E-Nergy Egg Replacer in my attempt to bake bread.

    Currently, I use this rice that a friend recommended.
